Challenges

The process of adjusting motor claims and estimating vehicle repair costs is a complex and multi-stage task. The traditional approach, relying solely on manual work by estimators, presented a number of business, technological, and operational challenges.

  • Repair procedures consist of hundreds of steps. Omitting a single element of the process led to so-called "technological gaps" in the estimate.
  • Omitting key procedures generated financial losses for repair shops, which performed unlisted work at their own expense.
  • Incorrectly prepared estimates were rejected by insurers or required addenda and re-verification, which delayed the repair and the return of the car to the owner.

Intelligent module for predicting missing items in the estimate:
